It has come to Phytoceuticals, Inc.'s attention that there has been rumors spreading in the skincare industry, and specifically among Phytoceuticals' customers, that if such customers purchase PHTYO-C skincare products, they will be implicated in the lawsuit entitled (IS Clinical) Science of Skincare v. Phytoceuticals, Inc., Civil Action No. 08-04470 ODS (SSX) pending in the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
